Your customers have two types, The first is to use M3u file, so you need to create the account and get link M3u or M3u8 for customers. The second type is the customer using the MAG device or STB application, you need to add the MAC address to the server and send the Link Portal to the client. Portal for MAG and STB:

Step 1: Go to the https://cms.xtream-codes.com/xcdgs20ws from any web browser.
Step 2: Enter your username and password.
Step 3: Tick in the square “I’m not a robot” and click the Login button.

You need to change your password the first time you visit

Step 1: Click on Manage profile option on the left menu
Step 2: Enter your old password
Step 3: Enter the new one
Step 4: Confirm your new password
Step 5: Click on Change your password button

Step 1: In the left menu click on Manage Lines
Step 2: Click on the green arrow on the Download column. You can see Download Scripts paragraph
Step 3: In M3u with Options choose MPEGTS- default
Step 4: Copy that link and send it to your client.

If your customer uses MAG device or uses STB you must ask them for MAC address and add it to your panel.Step 1: In the left menu click on ADD NEW MAG DEVICE
Step 2: Enter your client MAC address. You need to enter your client virtual mac address.
Step 3: Select package your client wants in the Select package to assign this line section.
Step 4: On Select Line Type section choose Trial
Step 5: Click on Create New Line button
Now you can see the status “Device added” on your panel
Note: If your client uses MAG device or STB you just need to add MAC address and send them Portal for MAG:

If after adding your client MAC address and receive status: ” This MAC Address already exists as a device.” It means this MAC already exist on my server maybe another reseller has added it. Please contact us and we can delete this MAC address for you if that MAC address was expired on our server.

After the trial, your client wants to buy it you can easily extend your client line. But please make sure you have Credit on your Reseller account.

Step1: In the left Menu choose Extend Line optionStep 2: Search for the UserName you want to extend

Step 3: Select package your client want to extend in Select package to assign this line section

Step 4: Click on Extend line button

After that, you will see status “User extended and package applied”

Step 1: In the left Menu choose Extend MAG

Step 2: Search for MAC address you want to extend

Step 3: Select package your client want in Select package to assign this line section

Step 4: Click on Extend MAG

Note: In the Select package to assign this line section you can choose only one package we created.

Manage customer
1. Enable/ Disable your client account.
2. Change password for your client
3. Delete your client line

Check balance
– Line active log
– Credits logs

With this option you can check credit I added for you if you have any issue with your payment or your client payment.

To increase your revenue, you can register Sub-Reseller on your panel, you can create many Sub-Reseller also it is free when you create a new Sub-Reseller
Step 1: Click on Add Subreseller on the left menu
Step 2: Enter Username of Sub-Reseller
Step 3: Enter Password for Sub-Reseller
Step 4: Enter Email of Subreseller
Step 5: Add credit for your Sub-Reseller
Step 6: In Assign packages, you can choose any package you want to add for your Sub-Reseller
Note: Changing the credits balance of your Sub-Reseller will affect your credit balance.
